By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be approved for return or refund.


2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns, exchanges, and refund requests must be submitted through our official Return & Exchange Portal.

Returns or refund requests submitted via email, chat, or payment providers will not be processed until they are properly submitted through the Return & Exchange Portal.

This system ensures accurate tracking, faster processing, and fair resolution for all customers.


3. Available Resolution Options

Depending on your order and return reason, one or more of the following options may be available:

✔ Instant Store Credit

  • Issued immediately once approved

  • May include bonus value

  • Can be used storewide

  • In many cases, no return shipment is required

✔ Exchange

  • Exchange for a different size or color

  • Processed with priority once approved

✔ Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Requires return shipment

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and verified to meet our return eligibility requirements. A 10% handling and processing fee will be applied to approved returns.

  • Processing time: 10 business days after inspection

  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are shipped using a tracked shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return instructions, including the correct return address, are provided after approval inside the Return & Exchange Portal.


5. Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Orders begin processing shortly after placement.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible

  • Once an order has entered processing or preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible

  • If cancellation is not possible, the order must be handled through the Return & Exchange Portal after delivery

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a request through the Return & Exchange Portal within 7 days of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.


7. Refund Processing & Chargeback Protection

Refunds are processed only in accordance with this policy.

By placing an order with Weston & Finch, you agree that:

  • Refunds are handled exclusively through our Return & Exchange Portal

  • Refunds are issued only after return conditions are met

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first completing the return process will delay resolution

We actively provide order tracking, delivery confirmation, return records, and customer acknowledgments to payment providers in the event of a dispute.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you believe your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider account again

  2. Contact your payment provider directly (processing times vary)

  3. If the issue persists, submit a request through the Return & Exchange Portal

This ensures your case is tracked correctly and resolved efficiently.


9. Agreement at Checkout

By completing a purchase on westonfinch.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed this Return & Refund Policy

  • This policy applies to your order

  • All returns, exchanges, and refunds must follow the procedures outlined above
